What we collect
When you submit the free design packet form at /start, we collect:
- Your name (optional)
- Your email address (required, so we can respond with your quote)
- Your phone number (optional, only if you choose to provide it)
- Your answers to our brand interview questions
- Any reference images you upload (up to 10)
- Which service categories you select
We don't use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party ad networks on this site.
How we use it
Submitted packets are emailed directly to us so we can review your request and follow up with a fixed price. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payments
When you pay for a project, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We don't store your card details ourselves — they're handled directly by the payment processor under their own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep submitted packets and project files for as long as reasonably needed to complete your project and maintain basic business records. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
